A great thing about a Causata is the lack of bureaucracy – our goal is to enable smart people to be productive. If you’re a developer and you need a software license or a testing server, we buy one. No waiting for three months for approval and provisioning. Everyone works with the operating system of their choice, has large screens, and runs whatever software tools they need to be productive.
What We Look For
You should have a keen interest in emerging technologies, and the ability to identify any that could be of benefit. We are also passionate about quality. If you’re a developer it should be second nature to you to automate your testing whenever possible.
We rely on teamwork and value strong communication skills . Although we seek technical and design excellence, we don't like ‘heroes’ who want to do it all alone. We build better products and have more fun by working closely in teams. Each design or architectural decision is reviewed by a team. Not only do better designs emerge but they can also be developed faster as a result of everyone’s feedback and ideas.
