By storing customer interactions at the moment they occur, and by associating individual customer identifiers with each other, Causata stitches together precise ID Graphs.
We utilize a scalable, NoSQL Hadoop data store for multi-structured customer data. Each individual customer’s data is stored in a single record using key-value pairs.
Our flexible, event-driven data store allows for distributed data processing and both horizontal and vertical scaling.
